Eagle Bay Treehouse is a much-loved coastal escape, tucked amongst the trees just 100 metres from the crystal-clear waters of Eagle Bay.

Surrounded by native bush and visited by an abundance of local birdlife, this charming timber home has a wonderfully nostalgic feel, with original stained-glass windows, generous outdoor spaces and the beach just moments from your door. At night, drift off to the sound of the waves rolling in from the bay.

The Space

The heart of Eagle Bay Treehouse is upstairs, where the open-plan living and kitchen flow onto a large wraparound balcony overlooking the surrounding coastal bush. Hammocks and hanging chairs invite slow mornings with a coffee and a good book, while the outdoor dining table is made for long lunches and relaxed barbecues beneath the trees.

Inside, cosy touches including a pot-belly fire, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and a selection of board games make it easy to settle in when the weather cools. Downstairs, a table tennis table offers a little friendly competition, while the surrounding outdoor spaces provide plenty of room to slow down and enjoy the peaceful setting.

And then there’s the beach. Just a short stroll from the house, you can wander down to the sand and crystal-clear waters of Eagle Bay whenever the mood takes you.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located upstairs.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fourth bedroom, an additional bathroom and the laundry.
