The space
Sophie's Vineyard sleeps up to twelve across five bedrooms, making it ideal for extended families, groups of friends, or a milestone worth marking.

Open-plan living flows out to a broad entertaining deck and BBQ, with a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings and two lounge spaces — a kids' TV room and a quiet nook to slip away to. The fully equipped kitchen and a long dining table are built for cooking and gathering together.

Three bathrooms in total, plus all linen and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, free on-site parking, and a Tesla charger for the drive home.

Outside, the saltwater infinity pool and expansive deck look out over the vines — days here begin and end by the water.

You're minutes from the best of Yallingup and the Margaret River region. Wills Domain — with its valley views and celebrated signature lunch and wine pairing — is around two minutes away, and Aravina Estate (cellar door, restaurant and surf museum) about five. Nearby you'll also find Swings & Roundabouts for wood-fired pizza, Caves House Hotel for its famous breakfasts, Lagoon Yallingup for sunset cocktails, and Barnyard1978 for house-made pasta. For the outdoors, the Injidup Natural Spa, Yallingup Beach and the Cape to Cape Track are all close by.
